Frequently Asked Questions

How do I take CBD?

CBD can be taken several different ways. It can be ingested, smoked, vaped, and used as a topical.

Smoking CBD is the quickest way to feel the effects. Generally you will feel the effects within 15 minutes.

CBD oils and tinctures have become the most popular ways to consume your CBD. They can easily be added into beverages and can be dropped onto food. The fastest way to feel the effects is to place the oil under your tongue and hold it there for 30 – 60 seconds before swallowing.

What is the difference between Full Spectrum CBD and Isolate CBD?

Our 99% CBD Isolate is pure isolated CBD. Full Spectrum products contain additional cannabinoids besides just CBD. There is definitely a strong debate about which is “better”, however, we take the position that CBD affects everyone differently so the product that would work best for you is highly dependant on your own individual needs. That’s why we offer both Isolate and Full Spectrum products!

Where is the hemp grown for the products in your shop?

We have verified all the hemp used in our products is grown within the United States but most of the products are coming from Colorado. All of our products have been third party lab tested.

Can you ship product to all 50 states?

Yes. Since the product is classified as “Industrial Hemp” and verified as less than 0.3% THC on a dry weight basis (by Colorado Department of Agriculture), we can ship the hemp botanical extract nationwide.

Will I test positive on a marijuana drug test?

It truly depends on the sensitivity of the testing facility and equipment. While we do not make any promises when it comes to personal drug testing, we are confident all of our starting plant material has been approved by the Colorado Department of Agriculture as having less than 0.3% THC. Our products that are CBD Isolate, have 0% THC.
*DISCLAIMER – This is not a guarantee, nor do we promise you will pass a drug test while using our products. When taking any new types of supplements, it’s best to talk with your personal physician / doctor.

Will CBD Make Me High?

No! THC causes the psychoactive effects, NOT CBD. So you can consume even high doses of CBD and you will not get you “high”! Our products may cause drowsiness, do not drive or operate machinery while taking CBD.

Do you ship Internationally?

No. Unfortunately due to high tariff taxes on imports or CBD bans from countries we are not shipping internationally at this time.

What is the difference between Hemp and Marijauana?

Unlike marijuana hemp contains extremely low (less than 0.3%) THC. THC is the compound in marijuana that is psychoactive.

Is hemp legal?

Scientifically and genetically, industrial Hemp and Marijuana can be the same plant, with a genus and species name of Cannabis Sativa. Industrial Hemp is always a strain of Cannabis Sativa, while marijuana can be Cannabis Sativa, Cannabis Indica, or Cannabis Ruderalis. The major difference is how industrial hemp has been bred compared to a marijuana form of Cannabis sativa. Industrial hemp is very fibrous, with long strong stalks, and barely has any flowering buds, while a marijuana strain of Cannabis sativa will be smaller, bushier, and full of flowering buds. Marijuana, 99% of the time, has a high amount of THC and only a very low amount of non-psychoactive cannabinoids. Hemp, on the other hand, naturally has a very high amount of these and only a trace amount of THC. Fortunately, the cannabinoid profile of hemp is ideal for people looking for benefits from cannabis without the ‘high.’†
Hemp is used for making medicinal remedies, food, fiber, rope, paper, bricks, oil, natural plastic, and so much more. Whereas marijuana is usually used just recreationally, spiritually, and medicinally.

what are terpenes?

Terpenes are the oils that give marijuana, hemp and a wide variety of other plants their fragrant aromas. Research is starting to show that terpenes are really healthy for you!
